Alexa was 2 hours and 15 mins late to her 2 hour window. Bride arrived at 11:30 and Alexa didnt show up until 2:15. She spent 15 mins putting the brides make up on compared to 30 mins at least each bridesmaid received from another makeup artist who was able to come in because of Alexa's absence.
On top of that, bridal hair is way overpriced. It was a flat fee of $70 and we had VERY simple styling done. Would not recommend unless you're getting at least an hour's worth of work done. Mine was less than 15 mins to do. Another girl was maybe 25 mins.
Unreasonably priced and owner made a very unprofessional impression.
