One of the staff members kylee feels it’s ok to talk about my niece and nephews private life with other parents coming into the facility. Not only does this violate HIPAA its morally disturbing. Spoke with Val and she agreed that it wasn’t ok what she was doing but then asked if I knew kylee and I told her I did and told her the things I knew she had done and been fired for at past daycares she got combative and rude. Will be following up with the licensor to file a hipaa violation complaint as well... really quite sickening that 4 year olds private lives are being spoke to complete strangers about.
