I just want to share the great experience I had today. My oil light came on on my way home from work so I pulled off the freeway and Jiffy Lube was the first place I saw that could help. I pulled in and Michael came out and asked if I needed help. I told him my water light came on and he added coolant to my system and then to double check that was the problem he turned on my car and I pointed to the icon that popped up...it was the oil light, NOT the water light (IS there a water light?!). He was very respectful, not condescending at all, added oil (that I had in my car), told me the correct oil weight to use and said I was good to go.
He was awesome. I will be back, even though it’s not totally on my way. Great customer service!! Thank you and nice job!
