Service is pretty decent as far as speed. This location does not have an enclosed dining area. I like it because i can walk up to the window and order if you have a dog with me even if it is not a service dog, which I have done several times after walking my dog. The location is very convenient. It is located at the stop light of two very busy street Smith Street and Central Avenue. King county bus transit station is very close by, and so is the Sounder Train station.
There is outdoor seating on a porch-like area, but I don't recommend you sit and eat there too long because of the exhaust smoke and noise from traffic passing by. Also, the hours between 2:30 and 5:30 is the worst because the Sounder train platform is less than a block away. When the train pulls in and stops to unload/pick up passengers, the rail crossing gate on Smith will be down during that time causing backed up traffic every 20 to 30 minutes.
