Iron Gate Storage

The Storage place itself is nice and seems secure, the staff are nice. However, I pre-paid for 3 months of storage, and only used a partial month. I received a refund receipt saying I would receive $356 for the 2 months I did not use. I received only half of that amount, @ $188. I called asking why my refund was half the amount on my receipt and was told that since I only used a partial month, my refund is only eligible after a full month's rental. I will not be back at this place again and they have earned my bad publicity to all my friends.
