H&R Block

I haven't ever had a problem with any of the h&r block locations that I have been to over the years until today. Something simple as filing my taxes, took 2 hours to do and the rep who filed them was questionable on the knowledge of their system. I had to make correction to the type of forms they tried to file and add to my return multiple times. I don't know anything about taxes but when I have to question if said form is correct and filled out right that throws up red flags. Be wary of this location.

Jannie is amazing. I've been having troubles with the City of Portland tax on Uber/Lyft drivers and she annihilated it. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.
