Hood Canal Bridge

Beautiful views but can be closed for hours at a time with zero warning. Backups also cut off access to the northern Kitsap peninsula because traffic cannot get past. This bridge can ruin a good day and is extremely harmful to the local economies. The one good thing is that you're not tolled for the privilege of having your day ruined.
