We purchased a roof replacement from Home Depot and it was a complete nightmare. It took months to schedule. Then they rescheduled the work twice after without notifying us. By the time the roof was installed, it was winter and too cold for the installation to stick. All winter long, tiles were flapping and ripping off the roof. The project manager was absolutely awful in dealing with this. She tried to shift blame and then blew up at us in an extremely unprofessional manner when we were trying to get everything repaired. It took 4 extra visits, plus an emergency night visit when the roof leaked gallons of water into the house on a stormy night, to have everything installed. I am extremely doubtful this roof will be functional for its expected lifetime. Avoid using Home Depot Roof Service at all costs.
