Horrible customer service. Salespeople will tell you anything to get the sale. Guaranteed us a quick install date when we were in a pinch, then cancelled on us the day of the appointment, then was incredibly rude to my wife when we cancelled our order. Should've stayed local from the beginning. Avoid big chain stores like these.
