Great Clips

I usually do not go to Great Clips but I was forced to because of the convenient location. I asked for what I got last time (it was a decent cut), but this cut was easily the worst cut I’ve ever had. The sides are different lengths, the top is very uneven, and it was just a very poor quality cut overall. The worst part of it is was that I told the lady that was cutting my hair to cut my bangs to about my eyebrows, but she disagreed saying it would look better if I cut them shorter, so she proceeded to cut my bangs about another 3/4 of an inch shorter, when I directed her not to. She just told me that she “was a professional” and that she “knew what she was doing”. My hair looks like garbage and I am now forced to wear a hat wherever I go. I am not impressed by the lack of education and experience the “professional stylists” have. I am never going to Great Clips again and I would recomend you would not either.

Good price but the staff needs more education. Layered my hair great except for the 1 inch pieces that stick up now. My bangs are past my nose yet I have random 1inch or less pieces all over!
