Horrible customer service. We went in three times to look at granite, twice on a Saturday. Both Saturdays we walked around for ~45 minutes without getting any help. When we asked some questions, the sales rep continued walking around with her other customer. Its like they can't help more than 1 person at a time. When I told another sales rep this, he didn't seem to care much. We decided to take our business to Seattle because of this.
