So sick of waiting for these people to get it together and figure out a solution. It has been 6 weeks since the dry out portion of our claim has been completed. 6 WEEKS! and i still do not have any approval for repairs. My adjustor calls me back maybe once a week if I am lucky. Its been 2 WEEKS since they scheduled an independent appraisor and they have had that estimate for over 1 week now. And STILL nothing. Ive contacted the manager, who assured me he would get this expedited... That was 2 weeks ago. Still no word.
