Golden Age Iron

Great facility with a friendly knowledgeable staff. They have equipment for Olympic lifting and even a large space to push a sled. I hear its the only gym in Vancouver with stones and other strong man training stuff. No gym space wasted on silly machines. New monkey bars expected to be installed in February. Reasonably priced at less than 3 bucks a day. 24/7 access! I'm no expert but this is my favorite gym in Vancouver. As a side note there is a great view of silver star mountain from here and an awesome wetland area with wildlife.
