Asked to have a mechanic come out and look at my slide out hydraulic system on my trailer. The mechanic was not able to diagnose anything on my trailer and said I had to bring it into the shop as he did not have tools with him. He could not tell me what tools he needed at the shop but that he needed to go to the shop as he had no tools with him. Not even a voltage meter. How are you going to diagnose an issue with no tools other then a creeper and a headlight? I was charged an hour service call for absolutely nothing. They should have said there mechanic could come out but he carries no tools and he will just direct me to haul my trailer into the shop. Frustration has mounted. Time to call a company with a service vehicle with tools...
