Had the exact opposite experience of zach. Ordered a carb stone that was "In Stock" online, a week later I received a email saying it was on back order 1-7 weeks. 9 weeks later, no carb stone in sight. Customer service said they would call me back after speaking with management to find a solution, no call back though, and when I called back they had no solution or way to make things better. I deliver beer on time, wish Glacier could deliver but they couldn't.... Lost a customer... I'd check out GWKent or JVNW instead of these guys
