Some companies advertise they stand by their product, subject to a long list of conditions....Duane actually does stand by anything that goes out his door. When we had issues with a product, Duane dragged the product rep up the mountain to see it in person and has stood by the entire time as the manufacture's inquiry moves slowly; personally taking a stake by not charging us for the product until we are satisfied.
