Gaslamp Social Provisions

Been here twice now, and there won't be a third. My wife and I decided to give them a second chance after our first bad experience last year. We sat down, nobody came over to us for a solid 10 to 15 minutes. We placed our orders, I ordered one of their "in a hurry? Order one of these" meals and my wife ordered an appetizer. We then waited for a half an hour and finally decided to take our leave. We got up and told the bartender that we needed to go, because our movie was starting in 15 minutes at this point. He then proceeded to tell me that the food would be ready in 5 minutes, which didn't help me at all. He did try to make it right, he offered to get us something after the movie, but we had a baby sitter that would be expecting is so we could not take up that offer.
