My procedure was great, but the office is disorganized. The night before they forgot my antibacterial soap that is needed to clean the area before surgery. I love my results, but the staff is not reliable. they are so unprofessional, and disorganized I felt uncomfortable. They don't know how to use the computers, don't know what time appointments are, can't tell me what medication I should use, and suggested the wrong product multiple times. I was hesitant to write a 3 star review because the doctor was great, but the staff could step their game up in customer service. But hey.. The results are what matter right? For how many thousands of dollars I spent, I would like to have great service, and great results, but maybe I just have too high of expectations. I would like less confusion on my visits, for the strange customer service skills have been enough to worry me a few times. Again.. The doctor is great! He needs to clean house on the staff though. I could fake it and start today with no training, and do a better job than the current team.
