6 Stars for customer service! Way to go Jay! From my first phone call, Jay was over the top awesome!!! He was extremely helpful and followed up to make sure we were satisfied and happy. I am from the west side and needed furniture for my elderly parents pronto. He was outstanding at locating what I needed FAST! The quality of their new couch and table is very high end and the price was reasonable. THANK YOU FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We definitely recommend highly!

Awesome couch, great experience buying it and delivery was timely. DO NOT MESS WITH THEIR FINANCE PLAN. Unfortunately I never received a bill even after calling and asking the store and them reassuring me it would be there soon. The financing agency filed my bill delinquent twice and reported it to the credit bureau. I paid in full for the couch but unfortunately it will take months for my credit to go back up the 20 points I lost. Great couch though!
