Conpletely incompetent. Especially the front desk staff and billing department. Fraudulent billing practices, disrespectful, pathetic excuse for office staff. They do not listen to voicemails or call back, when you cancel services and speak to someone (aka Brittany) more than once, they are too incompetent to do their job and will continue to harrass you with cancelled appt reminders. Brittany is rude, incompetent in her job and needs to be replaced. The main reason I dropped services is because of the false billing and utter incompetence of the office staff. As someone who worked for a professional mental health organization, this mediocrity would never stand. Fire your incompetent, childish, front staff and start over. Complete sinking ship.
