Fred Meyer Jewelers

Bought a ring at another fred meyer , had it sized and sent you Evergreen way store. They called to let me know it was in. I showed up the same day, they "couldn't find it". Told me to come back the next day. Couldn't find ring. Never found ring. Some FM jewelry employee got a free a $300 Ring! They gave me the $$ back, but I was still out a ring. And staff is rude, would rather talk and text than help customers, especially if we don't look like we have lots of $$$$.!! Shopping the rest of the store is fine. Jewelry dept not worth your time.

My regular grocery store, and if I can't find something here I just go to another chain. Always have experienced decent customer service.
