With the Stop The Cycle program to help the public with spay/neuter options to a senior dog fund, they have made sure the most vulnerable are covered. They also have a 30 day return policy for any reason that provides a safety umbrella for any animal adopted through them. Bravo to FMNAS for their hard work and dedication.
