The owner is an expert and staying fit is his expertise. He caters to anybody that walks in and wants to be get help for staying fit. Greg has been the owner of this gym forever :-) he has a lot of equipment that you can choose from such as programs, trainers and different types of classes during the week. Great place to work out. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the personal trainers are Great! I love it there. $99 for 4 years. Such a great deal!
