Ordered a $235.00 Premium floral arrangement for Mother's Day for my Mom. She received an arrangement that was not fresh, roses drooped by the following day..........The arrangement should have been spectacular for the amount of money that I paid but was NOT at all.
I went over to see it and was SO DISAPPOINTED. ( I ordered this through Teleflora and paid an extra $19.99 for their service fee) When I complained, Teleflora arranged to have them picked up but told me this would happen in 2 days time. What actually happened was that this florist went to pick them up sooner and claims that no one was home, but she was. Left a note. My Mom called this morning to arrange another pickup but was treated SO RUDELY by the owner that she was in tears. This was supposed to be a happy time and fabulous gift for my Mom but Flowers By Chi ruined it - I would never buy anything from them and that owner should learn some manners.
