I talk to Beatty to place an order she was very nice she told me she couldn't deliver until 11am I wanted a delivery at 9. I told her I would call around to see if I could get an earlier delivery. I couldn't so I called her to place the order & she tells me I was very rude to her by saying I wanted to check around. I called her back because she was so nice & went out of her way to find info for me that I didn't have. I apologize hear Beatty that you felt I was rude. But you need learn better customer service & listen to your customers, You lost a customer for life today
