Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had my Explorer in for 2 new tires and alignment. They called to tell my I needed new ball joints on all 4 wheels and quoted me over $1300. I opted to take it home and call around. Another local tire place took in for that job and quoted me less than HALF of the Firestone quote, and then called to tell me that once it was on the rack, it actually didn't need ball joints at all! I took the printed quote from Firestone to the other place and they were dumbfounded by the exorbitant labor charges! I will NEVER use Firestone again.
