This turned into a bit of a saga, but ended well. My vehicle had a problem that was difficult to diagnose, in fact, it took 4 total visits to get it resolved. ONLY because it took multiple visits I give 1 less star from 5. The staff there genuinely tried over and over again to fix it, and did succeed. On top of that, they did not charge me for anything past my first visit.
Cars age, parts break, and people make mistakes. The folks here were helpful, patient, and worked with me to right a frustrating situation. It's easy to get mad when things get difficult, but I am impressed how well they were able to make my problem go away.
