I bought a gas fired hot water heater from them last year. It broke down on a Friday night. Thank goodness they were open on Saturday morning. They did not have my exact model but they were very helpful in allowing me to take parts from a new one so I could get running again. I don't know if this is company policy to do this but I can't say how grateful I was that it was allowed. We have a company where the water heater function was critical. They helped me see that it got repaired in a timely basis. I will remember the courtesy of the employees of this company in authorizing me and even lending me a tool to take off the part I needed.
