I'm sure some of the employees are working hard, but i think there are some real issues spelled out in the reviews. Unfortunately, even leaving negative reviews won't change anything because we are just the recipients and the shippers keep using the service because it's cheap and it does eventually ship the item, it's not their fault it's late and we didn't get notified. I watch my shipments stop in my town only to get sent up to Washington to come back down to Oregon...I mean, I'm not about to say I can ship better, but I think there's a toddler somewhere raking in some easy dough for deciding where these packages go. It truly is terrible service and should be fixed. SHIPPERS we need you to stop using this service too, otherwise we'll never get any change.
