First, they wanted to ensure that they can maximize the customers needs by providing the best space and services in order to meet those needs. Second, Martin and Jennifer gave the best orientation and rental agreement process I've ever experienced. If you are or thinking of getting into any rental property business, you should take notes on how Martin and Jennifer do their presentation. Third, the property is awesome. Clean, organized, rodent free, secured, and have the best gate hours within the Lakewood area at a fair, reasonable price. Finally, Martin and Jennifer are military friendly. They also have a military addendum to their rental agreement for active duty servicemembers, and outline such terms in order to accommodate certain situations, such as PCS, deployment, etc. Overall, Martin and Jennifer displayed great patience, understanding, and personality. Highly recommended for secured storage.
