Eviva

When I got my surgery, everyone at eviva was hands on, super responsive and quick to schedule ever appointment I needed. I am 4 months post opt, I had two appointments since then, one in person with my nutritionist and a bod pod and one over the phone. I was told that with my surgery purchase i was paying for counseling and nutritional guidance. About a month ago I ran out of vitamins and the vitamins I use which were recommended by my nutritionist were sold out. I called and emailed regarding help to find an alternative vitamin no one called or emailed me back. I did receive a call from a receptionist who said they would pass my message on to the nutritionist I never got a call back that was over two weeks ago. I called eviva today to schedule a counseling appointment and was told they no longer have a psychiatrist on site anymore and stopped having them since February something I was not made aware of. As I met with their counselor in December prior to my surgery and they never mentioned anything about leaving or not having anyone on staff. Though I am happy with my surgery I am very disappointed with the follow up treatment as it seems eviva is more interested in getting your money, but not giving you what you’re paying for.
