If zero stars were possible - this company would deserve it. I have had no issues paying my mtg for the last 5 years and as of august 2017 every single month it has been a nightmare to work with evergreen. They claim its under new ownership. I am currently on hold for a phone call with them for 1:27 mins to get to customer service and counting. This review is not in the heat of the moment as I have been dealing with this since August - DO NOT use this company for note servicing if you want a good experience.
If you want to spend an unreasonable amount of time trying to pay them and deal with issues such as:
Payments processed 3 weeks after receipt on average
Non payment and returned check because they cannot locate an account(same info for 3 years)
Double your payment without authorization
Turn off all account access to any records for NSF(trying to double my payement)
Any interaction with the customer service department is putting them out and it will not be a good experience.
You find an issue and they need to get a request from a different department that takes 3-5 business days
If these traits are things you value, this is certainly the company do work with. I have been told the hold times are due to a new phone system ( for the last 8 months) and that the delay in processing the payments is because my bank delayed them ( flat out lie). IT would be difficult for me to make recommendations as to improve customer service through training etc, however each person I have spoken with has an external locust of control and that makes it challenging to coach.
