So just went their recently again as they did very well the first time. So they suggested aluminum trucks need the antenna removed. So they girl said she could do it and using the wrench basically placed a circle in my new trucks paint, this truck is not a year old yet. So very upset about that. Then the wash was supposed to get under vehicle and there is lots of dirt still, left over soap residue all over the truck, and visible dirt all over. So the girl who removed the antenna didn't say a thing! So is policy to hush up and not admit you made a big mistake? I can clearly see that this place is not reliable and is more than ok with half ass wash and scraping paint. To not even say to go though again as clearly its not clean and soap was visible. Never again.... Like seriously never again.
Original: Old style swinging mop car wash to which spends some time at the start. I was there about 7 minutes while he removed bugs an stuff. Then traditional mops to wash car. Then as I type this they are wiping door jams and details. I didn't pay for the full detail service either. Truck appears to be pretty clean from the CA move trip i made 2 weeks ago. I plan on returning when I get lazy about car washing again. Friendly staff as well.
