I am writing to comment on the service of Calissa Treat. My experience with her service has been wonderful. I received a defective item and she was able to remedy the situation without any hassle. I am very appreciative of her stellar service. Keep up the good work!

I had a live chat session with Calissa T. because I had a damaged bracket and could not get the screws into the base of my Diva Ring Light. She patiently helped explain all of my options and helped me settle on an option that I felt comfortable with which was replacing the bracket myself. She quickly got an order placed for the replacement part for me and sent over directions and pictures - she even offered to go take pictures of the part replacement process for me since the original photos were quite small. After coming to a solution for the damaged bracket she stayed on the line answering all my questions about how to mount my smart phone to the light as well. She was prompt in her response and very friendly and knowledgeable. This was definitely the type of customer service that makes you WANT to work with a company. I will definitely be going back to the DVeStore for any other lighting needs that I have!!
