EDL deadline is 3:30pm (even though they close at 5pm) - Grab a ticket when you enter as it’s a first come first serve place. The staff is super patient and clearly explained what documentation I needed to get my DL and why the paperwork I brought wouldn’t suffice. Very calm and peaceful place. Unlike any DMV I’ve ever been to!
