While the doctor seems capable, his MA (female) assistant who does all his paperwork has routinely not entered referrals, some critical to care, and delayed referrals for weeks, either through incompetence or deliberate malice.
My experience with this assistant has been that she is arrogant, unresponsive, dismissive and does not respond for days or weeks; if you complain, she acts even worse and seems to retaliate by delaying medical referrals and therefore care.
I complained to patient services, who also found her difficult to respond. Trying to get an external referral is very difficult, but this is embedded in the Rockwood medical /financial philosophy, (keep the money in house and make it difficult for patients to go elsewhere.)
