Custom Tax $ Business Services

Came to this strip mall for a separate business and made sure to park in a spot that was not marked for a specific business. We had to park slightly in front of this store because the customer they had in at the time of our arrival was taking up two spots. When we were leaving two ladies that worked at this place were sitting outside smoking cigarretts and tried giving my mom a hard time for parking where we did. After we pointed out it wasn't marked the lady got an attitude in which I replied, well you're not busy so it's not a big deal considering both of the employees were outside smoking. Then I pointed out to them that they were not suppose to be smoking that close to any business entrance in which she replied "I don't care". Well we don't care if we parked in your spot. Mark it better and stop breaking the law.
