Custom Meats

I am going to second the note below. I purchased a side of beef from Warner Farms 6 months ago. The beef was not hung nearly long enough and the flavor of the beef is awful, most of it was butchered improperly, tons of fat left on, some packages had 3 steaks, some 2, some were 1.5 inches thick and some were .5. Many of the cuts I requested were omitted. This was a total rush job. I also suspect there was about 100-150 lbs missing.
