The atmosphere is beautiful. The decor is very intentional and has been perfectly curated. And makes me want to build a modern rustic home. The food I had was delicious... I am always looking for more responsibly harvested foods and more healthy oils to be used in frying and cooking foods... And that would be my only complaint... But 99.99% of restaurants use unhealthy oils in their frying... So to deduct a star would be unreasonable and unfair. We had a party of eight and to be perfectly honest several of the people in our party are very demanding diners... And the server was attentive and friendly and the food came in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. I have the butcher's cut and I shared with my friend who got lamb shank... Both perfectly cooked and came with current cuisine... The lamb shank how to chimichurri on a roasted radishes which was delightful... I couldn't eat the french fries that smelled and looked amazing because of the oil so I substituted for a wedge salad that was good.... It's your standard wedge salad... A good one,but a wedge salad. I would have loved to have had my French fries fried in avocado or coconut oil... And I would eat them for days... I would come back for them... But that's just a suggestion and request for every single restaurant. Overall 5-stars absolutely beautiful atmosphere and good food and if you are super strict whole foodie you know that french fries made in any other than canola oil is virtually impossible to find outside of super health conscious area. Highly recommend. We were at a church conference and normally wouldn't visit Yakima with any regularity... The next time we come back we will definitely revisit this restaurant.
