While the quality of the work is functional, and the pricing reasonable, the quality of character in the lead mechanic (and proprietor) is abysmal. Interaction with that person is akin to walking on egg shells, trying ever-so-constantly, and gently, to avoid upsetting a constantly edge-of-angry individual. I found that to be enough of a distraction, that my ability to focus on the technical aspects of the work at hand suffered, because my mind was instead occupied with how to handle the very touchy personality who had his hands on my valuable car. It was a very nerve-wracking experience that I certainly won't be repeating.
