Cosmetology Licenses

I have not been to the location just yet and will change my review of my experience is extremely different. As of right now I am going to give them one start. I have been calling since yesterday evening trying to speak to someone about my cosmetology license. All the recorded voice says, " You have call the government of Washington. Our officers are currently closed. Please call back on a business day." Then they proceed to hang up right after. Their are no business hours posted on the Google search. They do not explain the business hours and days on the voice recording. So this just leaves me trying to guess when they open, close or if I should drive to them and get my license. Then that even is chancing it for them not to be open. Please fix the hours and dates.
