If zero stars was a possibility that's what I would give. I was just given a dog the day prior to my appointment with no medical history or even age. My new Pomeranian had some matting and I wanted to get her fixed up. I was not told on the phone that i needed vaccination records and my friend who took her in was given alot of attitude. When I tried calling I was also given alot of attitude. Customer service is terrible. Will never go back.
