Charles came he saw he conquered !!! Nothing we ever do is simple and replacing our 1976 Water Source Heat Pump was no exception. He used his expertise to determine what our home would need to upgrade our old unit and went way beyond our experience with other companies. He always showed up on time, went above and beyond his initial mileage and travel time at no extra charge. Charles did a wonderful job, very professional, hauled away all of the trash, stayed within his estimate and was neat and tidy at the same time. We could not be happier with the job done by Clima Tek and hope to do business with them in the future as we finish our upgrades to our aged out system.
