"Great hair cuts, but poor service and reliability" is how I'd describe my many cuts I've had there. I originally sent there and dealt with the poor service/reliability because of the $10 happy hour, but that is now gone, so why would I deal with that when I can get just as good or a better hair cut with better service for the same price or cheaper? Id always book an appointment, but I would often have to wait 30 to 60 minutes because my barber was behind schedule, and it was often the barber's fault too. I had barbers show up late for appointments or not at all. I also had one start giving me a line up when I didn't ask for one. I knew where his razor was going (towards my widow' s peak, which I wanted to keep), so I had to tell him to stop before he turned me into Klay Thompson. This same barber had also been asleep while in the shop in plain sight, and I've even told him I was in a rush, and he would stop to watch a movie on TV that probably made the haircut 20 minutes longer than it needed to be. I'd look elsewhere.
