Ryan Camp from Chimney Rock Mortgage is fantastic. He helped us so much in every aspect of securing our home loan and figuring out which loan was right for us. He is very willing to help and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns you have right away. He helped us figure out what we could do to improve credit score and what to pay down to improve our debt to income ratio. We will be forever greatful for all his help over the last couple months and would recommend him to anyone. The underwriter was not nearly as helpful but I don’t really suppose that’s her job. She through a few last minute curveballs at us that were more than a little inconvenient but Ryan was always right there to help us get everything we needed to done as quickly as possible.
