I worked there for a year. Love the job and the people I had the pleasure of working with. However, my "supervisor" always seemed like I was annoying her with urgent concerns about a client or any situation. My supervisor was extremely unprofessional and manipulated clients. I really don't know how she's still able to work in this line of work. Her name is Shanika, she is rude and condescending to say the least. Will act like everyone else is inconveniencing her. She does questionable things when dealing with clients that I know aren't allowed. I feel for my clients I worked for that still have to deal with her ridiculous unwanted behavior. I loved my job but hated dealing with her, as come to find out many also did. Know your rights before working or looking for care esp from her. If I could give -0 stars I would.
