omg , james was the technician who helped me figure out why my speaker stopped working & completely cleaned up someone else horrible wiring job , i am so grateful & appreciative on how nice & helpful he was . it sounds 10x better .. i really feel like he went above and beyond.. mike was the representative who also helped me & he was so nice to me also . i would highly recommend this store, i don’t even live in puyallup but i would definitely go out of my way again to come back to this store . thank you so much you guys ...
