Capital Industries, Inc.

I work for this company.. and they are very condescending and disrespectful. The owner is an ok guy, despite the fact he is fighting the union against such actions as pay increases and equal treatment yada yada.. They take forever to do anything and expect workers to sell their souls for the privilege of working at CI. I can barely make my rent and keep food in my wife and sons' bellies.. after a year and exhausting what hope I could muster, it is time for a new job... one that doesn't treat their employees like starving dogs
