HOME OWNER NAIVETY... Don't pay until the job is done and done based on the contract specifications.
We spent a lot of money with Patrick and Campbell Landscaping Incorporated, only to find out things were not what they promised.
First... they didn't show up when they said
Second... it took much longer than they said
Third... the plantings and rocks were smaller than what they had promised
Forth... they didn't install a sprinkler system that serviced the yard correctly
Five... they didn't build up foundation
Sixth... we made a change to the landscape that should have reduced their cost but were penalized by them and item's (pathways and lighting) taken away based on the change.
Sorry, but I would look for another landscaper/architect.
