We stayed here, sight unseen, due to an impulse overnight stay on Whidbey Island. The place looked abandoned when we arrived and is very run down. The manager met us outside and showed us the room options. It was fairly high priced for what you get ($135/night) and they only took cash. The only breakfast provided was store bought muffins, small cans of apple juice in the fridge, a jar of milk, and two english muffins with butter that we could toast ourselves. The place was well worn, but clean. It consisted of two rooms downstairs and a larger suite upstairs that we did not view. The patio doors opened onto a dock with broken deck boards. Given the condition of the property, the owners don't seem serious about making this a goto place. I would not recommend unless you're strictly looking for a clean bed to sleep in and you don't care about the price.
